We sell ice cold beer and on very rare occasions we help people with purchasing kegs. We can't do this during car shows or peak holidays because we don't have room to store your keg in our cooler for any amount of time. It will be filled to capacity with beer and soda. Sorry!
Package sales of liquor and wine can only be purchased in the City of Gatlinburg. We'll be happy to direct you to the right place. It's not our choice. It's the State of Tennessee. We don't write the laws. We just abide by them. There are a couple of distilleries in town, Old Forge Distillery near the Old Mill and Smoky Mountain Moonshine at the Island being two of those. They can ONLY sell products they produce themselves. For all other purchases.... head to Gatlinburg. The second building on the left when you enter Gatlinburg is a very good liquor store. They carry just about anything you need, and their prices are reasonable for the area.
To order a keg, you will need to give us advance notice. 865-453-1807. We have a $100 non-refundable fee for cancellation of your keg. You must pay in advance. There is also a $100keg deposit required by the beer companies, plus an additional tap fee, if you need to rent their tap. Those monies will be returned to you when you return the keg. If you intend on keeping their tap more than a week, they ask that you simply purchase your own tap.
Keg trucks deliver on Thursday or Friday, depending on the beer, but we have to tell them a week in advance in order to get your keg on the truck. We can get most beers that you could get at home, but specialty beers are not normally available in keg form. It doesn't hurt to try, and we'll be happy to ask. We do understand that some people just enjoy being able to drink their beer from a tap, but we would like to remind you that beer is beer. You pay the same for the amount of beer regardless of it being in a keg or being purchased by the twelve pack. There are no extra deposits on 12 packs though....just a word of advice.
The beautiful photo you see above was taken by our good friend Jeff Warner. You can find him on Facebook. He has many other gorgeous photos of the Smokies available for purchase!
